Not on that basis. Passage Richelieu is reserved for specific eligible visitors/groups; it is not a general secret entrance for ordinary individual tickets.

I am literally near the Louvre now and somebody told me “use Richelieu, nobody knows it”. I have a normal individual timed ticket, no group, no membership. Can I actually enter there?
