Ten minutes from metro arrival is too optimistic. The Louvre’s planning guidance explicitly tells visitors to allow time for getting from the entrance through practical stops such as lockers/toilets before the galleries.
metro at 10:20, Louvre slot 10:30 — fantasy?
We have a 10:30 timed ticket. Maps says metro arrival about 10:20, which looks fine on paper, but that ignores walking through the complex, security, toilets, maybe lockers with kids. How much buffer does the museum itself suggest before you are actually in the galleries?
