Fact first: your Louvre ticket does cover Delacroix on the same day or the next day it is open.
Delacroix Museum — use the included ticket or skip it?
I am already doing a long Louvre visit. Delacroix is included on the same day/next day, which makes it tempting, but I do not want to add something only because it is “free”. Is it a separate enough experience to justify the extra stop?

Whether it is worth the stop is taste, not ticket value. If Delacroix or a smaller artist-house museum appeals to you, it gives a very different scale from the Louvre; if not, do not let the included admission bully your itinerary.
