Residents count too. For the 18–25 EEA-resident free category, bring photo ID plus a residence permit valid for more than 90 days. Your passport nationality does not by itself push you into the €32 non-EEA rate if you qualify by residence.

im 24, non-eea passport, but resident in the eea for more than a year. does the under-26 free entry apply to residents too or only citizens? what exactly do i need to show?
